**No admittance to Circle T Ranch by personal transportation or ride share**

To accommodate our growing event, we have arranged for ample, free covered parking for our guests off site at 2 Destiny Way, Westlake, TX 76262 (Fidelity Investments Corporate Campus).

Guests will be transported to Circle T Ranch by air-conditioned shuttles beginning at 10:30 a.m.

Free air-conditioned shuttles will run continuously from the parking structure to Circle T Ranch from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Ride share / uber/lyft

Drop-off and pick-up location will be at 2 Destiny Way, Westlake, TX 76262 (Fidelity Investments Corporate Campus).

REGISTRATION/GUEST CHECK IN

General guest registration and check-in will be located at Fidelity Investments Corporate Campus.  You will receive your picnic credentials upon check-in prior to boarding the shuttle.  Light refreshments and snacks available at check-in.

Picnic Casual or Ranch Attire is recommended.  Please note, many activities are in the pasture where the terrain is uneven.

Please keep in mind that Circle T Ranch is a private working ranch.  We want you and your families to have a wonderful time, so please review this list of do’s and don’ts:

Wear your credentials all times

If you have children, please make sure they wear their bracelet with your last name

Wear plenty of sunscreen

Bring strollers for the little ones

Bring a pet of any kind

Smoking is prohibited on property

Bring any outside food or beverages

We respectfully request that in consideration of the owner’s privacy, guests kindly refrain from taking and sharing photographs and video of the venue and property. We welcome you to take photographs commemorating this celebration, but please limit those images to scenery and guests only.
